Description of the problem:

Install jre1.7.0 on the local machine.
Make sure java console is enabled.

Open any browser, and invoke an applet, for ex., invoke the following applet
http://sqeweb/deployment1/deployment_mustang_int_exec_ws/deployment/tests/BATTestsuite/pluginhtml-default/MimeType_142.html

Press "s" in the Java Console, the value for deployment.version is shown as 6.0
It should be 7.0 for Dolphin
