Unable to run applets with NS7.1 on AMD win XP / 2003

Tested OS : AMD win XP / 2003
Tested Build : mustang b91

Steps to reproduce :
1. Install Netscape 7.1 (NS7.1)
2. Try to launch the Netscape and make sure that it does not give any error
3. Close Netscape
4. Install mustang jre b91
5. Launch Netscape and run any of the applet

Getting the following error : "MSVCR71.dll is not found".
But with other browsers IE and Mozilla, able to launch the applets.
