Steps to Reproduce:

1) Install jre
2) Launch Java ControlPanel
3) Goto "General" tab --> "Network Settings..." --> "Use proxy server"
4) Enter "Authenticated Proxy server" details
Address: jdeploy01.india.sun.com
Port: 8080

5) Click "OK" and save all changes and close Java ControlPanel
6) Launch a jnlp application (./javaws http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/mg.jnlp)
7) Enter LDAP username/passwd to authenticate
Application is launched!

8) Now launch the cache viewer (./javaws)
9) Choose the application "Militarygame App"
10) Launch the application "Online"
11) Click "No" when prompted for login info

Notice that the dialog "Checking for latest version..." pops up and is never dismissed. The appln keeps trying to retrieve data from server.

Clicking "No" button when prompted for login details should show a dialog "Unable to launch Application"
