Steps to Reproduce:
------------------
1) Install jre
2) Clean cache (\rm -rf ~/.java)
3) Launch a JNLP appln (./javaws http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/mg.jnlp)
Application is Launched!
4) Launch Cache Viewer (./javaws -viewer)
By default, "User" tab is shown
5) Click on "View" menu --> "Applets"
Application is not listed! (expected behavior)
6) Click on "System" tab
7) Click on "View" menu --> "Applications"
8) Now clcik on "User" tab (Application is to be listed)
Notice that the Application "Military Game" is not listed under "User" tab. The user has to click on "View" menu --> "Application" again to make the application be listed
Expected Behavior:

Changing tab (User/System) should reload resources from cache and should not expect user to click on "View" menu --> "Application/Applets, etc" again to fetch the right resources from cache.
