A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Most of the javadoc page for the jar command is in a font that is much
larger than, and inconsistent with, the javadocs for other commands.
I haven't checked the html but I suspect that some font change isn't
closed properly or a style sheet is messed up. Anyway, its hard to read.
