J2SE Development Kit 5.0 - License page has to be modified with proper information on Windows

In the License page it is saying

In the screen there is no DECLINE button to select and instead we have Next and Cancle buttons.

Note:
* This info will exactly matches for 1.5 JRE and Mustang (as JRE License page will have ACCEPT/DECLINE radio Buttons).
* This is there for all 1.5 trains
