Vista: Manage Add-ons shows name of dll as "for Netscape Navigator" on IE

      "Manage Add-ons" dialog in IE on Vista shows name of npjpi150_09.dll as "for Netscape Navigator". This will confuse the user. WinXP shows only "Java Plug-in 1.5.0_09" as name.
