Looking at the man pages integrated in TL workspace, java.1 has following problem.
As you can see below in "-cp classpath" section, it points to "Setting the Class Path" but users have no way to locate the document.

        environment. For example; by invoking
        System.getenv("CLASSPATH").

        For more information on class paths, see Setting the
        Class Path.

        -Dproperty=value
           Set a system property value.

This document is linked properly in html web tooldocs but please don't just convert it to nroff man page file.
