JList.getNextMatch() needs spec update

1. Method getNextMatch() does not say that if search is performed, for example, forward and the end of the list is reached, it won't return "-1", but will continue to search from the beginning.
2. The fact that the cases of compared strings are ignored should be also mentioned.
