Support Polish, Russian, Dutch and Danish languages.

In the models workspace, right click any model and select properties. Go to the Attachments tab. Click Upload... The Choose file window opens.
"Look in", "File name", "Files of type", buttons and tooltips are in English.
Similarly, when you select any existing attachment and click Download..., and then choose to save the attachment, the Save window is not translated.
The windows are displayed correctly for French, Italian and German. It seems like these strings are present in WizardResources.properties in
SASFinancialManagement\Studio\4.2\_uninstFMSC\uninstall.jar. However, the Polish version of this file is also translated and present in the jar."
It would apply to any licensee application that uses JFileChooser and ships to customers in a locale not supported by Sun.
UI elements in JRE 1.4.2 are localized into 10 languages (http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/guide/intl/locale.doc.html#translation),
but not three of the languages that FM ships with (Danish, Polish, Russian). This creates localization "holes" with components like JFileChooser.
