Sanity checks of documentation for build 1.0.3_04 show that the following files still have 1.0.3_03 headings:

CHANGES.txt
INSTALL.txt
README.txt

This will cause confusion for the customer and needs to be consistent with the build version.
Looks like docs were not updated for 1.0.3_04 release.

COPYRIGHT.txt indicates 2005

CHANGES.txt does not indicate the changes from 1.0.3_03 to 1.0.3_04

INSTALL.txt and README.txt have 1.0.3_03 referenced as though it was latest version in paragraphs below the title as well.
