javax.xml.stream.XMLStreamReader.getPrefix() returns empty string ("") instead of null

      Method javax.xml.stream.XMLStreamReader.getPrefix() returns empty string ("") instead of null for XMLEvent.START_ELEMENT which haven't prefix but have default namespace defined.
      A small test showing this problem is attached.

      This bug was found during analysis of test challenge which came from IBM regarding StAX tests presented in JAXP TCK and JCK.

      The bug exists in JDK 6 b98 and JAXP RI 1.4 b38.
