-Xloggc:<file> turns on -XX:+PrintGC when it should turn on -XX:+PrintGCDetails

      If one uses -Xloggc:<file> on the command line, that sets -XX:+PrintGC. It should instead set -XX:+PrintGCDetails so we get all the information we want from one easy flag addition by the user.
