As it's following from the test README file, it is relevant just to 131 product version. It is mentioned that that the corresponding 4428838 bug will not be fixed in 1.4 because ActiveX bridge is not supported in 1.4.

At present it still appears in the runtime tests list if we launch the regression manual agaist 142 product version. The test result is not informative as far as it fails permanently on 142. Appearantly it should be removed from 142 workspace for the regression test. It will safe a time in investigations.
