PIT : jre1.6.0/bin folder is not removed during java update

Tested build : mustang PIT b100
Tested OS : windows

Steps to reproduce :
1. Install mustang pit b100
2. Do the java update setup with mustang b99.
3. In the java control panel, click on update now button.
It was trying to install b99.
When it was showing the license agreement, PIT b100 got removed but the folder c:\program files\java\jre1.6.0\bin is not removed

Expected behavior:
since it is uninstalling the existing jre and installing the new jre, the folder should be removed.
