Reg: Reinstalling javaws appln does not create shortcut when the shortcut option is "Always Allow"
Tested build : mustang b100
Tested OS : windows
Steps to reproduce :
1. Install mustang build 100
2. Install notepad.jnlp appln from the prompt ./javaws http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/notepad.jnlp.
3. Remove notepad application.
4. Choose "Always Allow" option for "ShortCut Creation" in Java Control Panel
5. go to deleted applications view
6. Select the notepad application and click re-install icon
The notepad application is launched but the shortcut is not created.
Expected behavior : The shortcut should be created on both desktop as well as menu
