As part 1 of removing the deploy workspace dependency on the j2se workspace, we should copy the Classes.gmk Rules.gmk and Library.gmk from the j2se ws to the deploy ws. They can also be modified to work expecially for the workspace.

Other work can include:

*removing Plugin.gmk file, just putting the contents in the file that includes it
*removing unused javaws targets, such as installer-us, etc.
