I request that test java/util/TimeZone/4261506/Test.java be removed from the java/util/TimeZone area. The reasons are:

The test case has an invalid assumption that Daylight Saving Time transitions in all of the time zones used in the test case are in synch with the America/Los_Angeles (US/Pacific) transitions.

There are other test cases that cover the same area. The tests are:
