I have a frame which contains a list with two items. The first item is a vey long string & second one a small string. When the frame is visible, i would expect an horizontal scrollbar to see the long item, but this is not happening. But when i add another item to the list, then the horizontal & veritical bar is visible.

Step to reproduce:
-------------------
1) Run the attached program. You will see the Frame with list which contains two item. If you dn't see the horizontal scrollbar , then the bug is reproduced.
2) Uncomment the 13th line, & run the program. You will see the scrollbar for the list.

I tested this with mustang b101 , this happens on windows platform only. On solaris ths works fine.
