dlls/exes show the copyright year as 2004

Tested build : mustang b102
Tested OS : windows

Steps to reproduce:
1.On windows, install jre/jdk b102
2.go to jre1.6.0/bin
3.choose any dll or exe
4.Right click-> properties
5.go to Version tab

It shows the copyright as Copyright 2004 for all the dlls and exes.

Expected behavior :
copyright should show 2006 for all the files
