REG: desktop integration warning is displayed when the shortcut->always, association->prompt user

Tested Build : mustang b102
Tested OS : Windows

Steps to reproduce:
1. install mustang jre b102
2. launch java control panel
3. set Advanced -> shortcut option to "Always"
4. set Advanced -> association option to "Prompt User"
5. launch an application which has both shortcut and association tags: javaws http://rohit.india.sun.com:8080/Javaws/Unsigned/Unsigned.jnlp
Desktop integration warning is displayed
6. Click on More information
It shows the detailed information for shortcut as well as association.

Similar thing happening with the following options :
shortcut option -> Prompt User
Association option -> Always

Expected behavior :
when the options are shortcut->always and association->prompt user, then the desktop integration should show only the association related details

when the options are shortcut->prompt user and association->always, then the desktop integration should show only the shortcut related details
