Menu appearing incorrectly with taskbar resize to larger than default size.

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------

1)Pull the windows taskbar to appear at the top ofthe screen.
2)Resize the taskbar to a larger than the default size to occupy half of the screen. (The larger the taskbar the easier to reproduce the bug.)
3)Open SwingSet2 demo and click on the Menu and observe the the drop down menu items.
The drop down overlaps with the underlying frame, frame titlebar. Screen shots attached for the behavior on xp as well as on vista.
If you do not see the buggy menu immeadiatly try the following:
1)Place the demo at different places in the screen.
2)Try resizing it to a smaller size.
3)Vary the size of the taskbar.

This behavor is seen on mustang as well as on tiger-fcs build on windows xp, with metal and windows look and feel.
With mustang rc build104, it is seen on Vista 5840,5734 also.
