Splash screen is not shown in center of the screen, when the task bar size if increased in windows xp. I would expect that splash screen should be seen between task bar & remaining space between on the screen. but now splash screen is seen in the middle of the screen event when the size of the taskbar is increased.

Step to reproduce:
------------------
1) Increase the task bar to the maximum of the screen size or atleast 25% of the screen size.
2) Run the attached program
java -splash:animdog.gif <java- filename>
Observe that splashscreen is in the middle of the screen.
I tested this on mustang b104.
