On Vista, there are multiple problems displaying the new "Public" folder.

- With JFileChooser, browse to the "Public Folder"

Problems with "Ocean":

- The folder names are "Documents", "Downloads", "Music", etc...
  They should be "Public Documents", "Public Downloads", "Public Musics", etc...

Problems with "Windows L&F":

- The folders display right, but they're not sorted correctly. "Recorded TV" is out of order. (Note: this may be related to the Ocean problem - we may be sorting on the name without "Public").
