A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Calendar.getInstance().getFirstDayOfWeek() returns SUNDAY for SK locale (Slovakia)
STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
set default locale to SK (Slovak Republic)
get first day of week from Calendar.getInstance()
EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
it should return MONDAY
ACTUAL -
returns SUNDAY
REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
