two regression tests EventHandler/bug6277266.java and EventHandler/6277266/bug6277266.java (why these tests are dublicated?) failed on 1.4.2_14b01 but passed on previous 1.4.2_13b06

the master WS was used /net/jdk.sfbay/export/disk7/jdk1.4.2_14/j2se (hand off date 11/20/06)

the results on 142u14 and 142u13 are attached in check-6277266.tar.gz

the java.security.AccessControlException is not thrown - test failed.

To reproduce bug please:
run JTreg with appropriate JDK (1.4.2_14b01 and 1.4.2_13b06)
The workspace is placed on /net/jdk.sfbay/export/disk7/jdk1.4.2_14/j2se
the JTreg is placed on /net/jqa.ireland/export/home4/testsuites/regression/sqe-tools2.1.6fcs
to run please get and locally configure /net/jqa.ireland/export/home4/testsuites/regression/runRegression.ksh
