Basically customer has an application which has crashed several times and core dump and other details are collected.
It is happening more and more frequently recently. There does not look to be a particular pattern or scenario
when this happens.


Core Dumps and Other Details are located at :
   /net/cores.central/cores/dir33/831116/DrWatson-CRSAdministrator-2.zip

Customer application is using native code.

Operating System : Win 2003 Server

Just for the here is the header of hs_err file obtained from previous crash from customer :

For this crash hs_err file was not available as of now.

This is a critical application for the customer which is blocking their customer response functionality.
Need to analyse on this failure as soon as possible. Customer is expecting the resolution on this issue soon.
