    Description

Switching the workspace to & from when trayicon ballon is visible , results in a differnt ballon that does n't match with predefined ballon (attached a screen shot ) & it is not disappearing after clicking on it. This happens after the 6380835 fix. Already a similar bug is filed 6504385 , but does say any thing about the ballon as explained above.

      Step to Reproduce :
      ------------------
      1) Run the attached program.
      2) You will see a frame & animated image added to the system tray.
      3) Click on the "Display Message" button on the frame. You will see the ballon above the task bar , say about 20 to 30 pixel.
      4) click on the workspace switcher , say workspace1 to workspace2 & workspace2 to workspace1 for 5 to 6 times. with in this switching you will see the ballon is changing to different ballon( header without blank message) . If you see the same then the bug is reproduce.
      5) Click on the ballon to disappear, but ballon does not disappear. Try clicking on the close button of the ballon, still ballon does not disappear.
