The USDST Readme.html on the staged website is the old beta version instead of the updated fcs version in the bundle.

See the title saying beta and FAQ section - which was only included in the beta.
The tzupdater_README.html on the website needs to be replaced with the README.html included in the tzupdater bundle and the links need to be updated.
