Currently JGSS source has it's own workspace separate from the rest of the JDK code.
The JGSS security jar is built out-of-band, and integrated into the JDK code.

The reasons for doing that have gone away and the code should be moved into the main j2se workspace to simplify the development process and the open source efforts.
