This test failed ONLY on Windows 2003 running in Java plugin, the failure reproduced constantly. In other environments the test runs successfully.

The nature of the failure is not clear, but this test was written a few years ago and always passed with providers shipped with JDK 1.4, 5.0. So I suppose that the cause is inside SunMSCAPI provider.
