Windows non-administrative privelege messages unclear

      Login as root/admin. Create a non-admin user
      Install JDK 1.4.2_12. Install TZupdater v1.1.0 B04 tool on Win XP Home x86.
      Log out as admin/ login as non-admin user. Try to run the update tool.

      See messages below.Windows messages are unclear and are different for both public and private jre's. Solaris messages very clear compared to it.

      Windows Private jre:

      tzupdater.jar -u

      Windows Public jre:

      ica.

      Solaris:
      $ $JAVA_HOME/bin/java -jar tzupdater.jar -f -v
