fastdedbug javaws.jar has no debug info

      Description

        When I use the fastdebug version of javaws.jar, I don't get any debug information at all. Furthermore, when I compare the file size of fastdebug javaws.jar with the regular javaws.jar, the fastdebug version is smaller.

        I think there's something really wrong with fastdebug javaws.jar
        Ditto for deploy.jar
