Splash screen uses lame (tm) instead of trademark symbol

      The Java Web Start splash screen says "Java(tm) Starting". The "(tm)" is instead of a trademark symbol (as required by our friends in legal). Nowadays, it's safe to assume that everybody has a font with a trademark symbol (\u8482). That's what we should use, if we want people to take us serious.
