1. Create Frame and make it visible
2. Create a Dialog with setResizble(false)

Expected result: "java cup" image should be displayed in the title bar of the dialog.
Actual result: "java cup" image is not displayed in the title bar of the dialog.

Note: 1. This bug is there since 1.5.0 but it was working fine in b42 and broken some where within b48.
       2. This is reproducible in Windows xp.
please run the attached test to reproduce the defect.
