Under Windows L&F, disabled menu never get gray icon. On Metal L&F it works OK.

I checked various JDK versions - Submenu icon is grayed correctly in 1.4.2, but not grayed out in 1.5.0 and 1.6.0.

Attached is small test app that shows the bug (must be run on Windows).
