SA:jmap binary shipped in error on Linux 1.4.2 JDK.

    Description

      jmap was added in 1.4.2 due to customer demand, but was only created for Solaris.

      The established standard Linux build environment for 1.4.2 does not build the serviceability agent backend due to a missing library.

      jmap should not be in the JDK bundle on Linux.
