National Weather Service applet fails to load

I am unable to view this page now, after being able to access it easily in the past. I am not aware of any downloads that should have affected access, and have scanned through both Help and FAQ, but did not see any topic that clearly explained how to solve this problem, as I am not a developer, just a user of software.
