      test/java/awt/Component/UpdatingBootTime/UpdatingBootTime.html fails when rewind system time backward - event is always report the most future time.
      To reproduce the defect run mentioned test and change system time to the future (+1 year for example) and then back. Notice that the time would still that +1 year.
