Incomplete .zip file while pressing cancel button during component installation.

Here is the problem
a) I installed Kernel JRE using modem based connection.
b) manually started Background download by command -> java sun.misc.BackgroundDownloader
c) While installing a component I pressed "Cancel" button. BackgroudDownloader stopped with EOFException ( java.io.EOFException: Unexpected end of ZLIB input stream ).
d) I restarted BackgroundDownloader I am getting the same error. (java.io.EOFException: Unexpected end of ZLIB input stream).
Expected Behvaior:
I feel it should download and install the component in the second run. No in-complete .zip and .jar file should be exists under jre/lib/bunldes directory.
