Launching a webstart jnlp file containing vm argument -verbose using javaws doesn't display verbose information. This problem is seen only with http code base.

Verbse output *is* displayed in the following scenarios:

 a. File code base instead of http with javaws
 b. Launching jnlp application using browser rather than javaws.
