Regression test closed/java/util/TimeZone/LinuxTZVM.sh
failed with execStatus=Error in RHEL 4 and RHEL 5 in the latest jdk7 nightly build, and also in
6u3b01 and 6u3b01.1, as listed as following, it seems the test just stopped at certain points.

The both rhel4 and rhel5 machines are Pentium III, relatively slow machines.
After increase the timeout factor, the test now passed.
