DESCRIPTION:
Problem1:
Focus is not visible in case of Table is empty.
Problem2:
It is difficult to make out the focus in side the tables.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1.Install the above mentioned failing build. Set PATH to java.
2.Run the below command to invoke java control panel Utility.
   >>javacpl
3.This will launch java control utility .



Problem1:

4.Go to "Security" tab and select "Certificates".
5.Select "Trusted Certificates" in Certification type.
6.Select "User" TAB.
7.Use TAB key to navigate through the application.

Observed result:
Focus goes to "Issued to" and "Isssued By" headers of User table, but these are not visible.
Have to press "Ctrl+TAB" in order to get the focus to "Import" button.

Expected result:
If the focus goes to "Issued to" and "Isssued By" headers of User table, it should be visible.



Problem 2:

8.Go to "Java" tab and select "View".
9.Use TAB to select first row of "Java Runtime Versions" table.

Observed result:
It is very difficult to make out where the focus is.

Expected result:
Color of the selection should be made to some thick color in order to see it clearly.
