Xusage.txt is missing in KernelJRE

      Xusage.txt is missing in KernelJRE.
      KernelJVM gives a message saying "Can't open ....Xusage.txt" when trying execute "java -X"

      Tried with the builds : jre-6u2-fcs-bin-b199-windows-i586-p-23_jul_2007-kernel and kernel-20070614
