The color and style of iftw installer dialog do not match with other install screens

tested bundle : 6u4b1 PIT (consumer JRE)
tested OS : windows xp

steps to reproduce :

-> Install jre iftw bundle.
-> Once the installation started, look into the dialog "Downloading java installer"
-> The color and style of the dialog do not match with other install screens
