Java Version: build 1.7.0-internal-in81039_27_Jul_2007_05_25-b00
Platform: solaris-sparc 10, host name: soda.sfbay sun-blade-1000
Problems: When using openjdk b17 pit build to run Java2Demo, if you click Clipping, or Mix, or Transform demo test tab, you will find some of the text in the button are missing, for example, it should display Image in the Clipping demo, but it only display Ima..., so some of the letters are missing in the button.
If you run commercial b17 pit build with the same tests and same platform, the text is displayed OK.
To reproduce the problem:
1, /home/in81039/dolphin.freetype/build/solaris-sparc.openjdk/bin/java -jar Java2D/*.jar
2, Click Clipping or Mix or other demo, you will see some of text are missing in the button.
Checked again to use OpenJDK to run Java2D demo from JDK adn was not able to reproduce. Used Latest OpenJDK 1.6.0_20 to and Java2D from JDK 1.6.0_24
