A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
See description of bug 4251567. This one is not fixed. If the frame is disabled it is still possible to use the mnemonics e to enabled the frame. You can use SPACE to press the "disable" button again even if the frame is disabled.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
We have a very complex workaround to realize a multi frame application where only the frame with running C/S communication is blocked. We would like to replace this as soon as possible.
