KernelInstallation fails occationaly in Vista with Java Setup Error - while de-selecting the Google-Toolbar.

Error Message:
Error 1722: There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package. A Program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

I am consistently getting this error on jlab323.india m/c. Screen shot attached.
