Kernel JRE not downloading required bundles in vista for the first time. Successive installation works fine.
After some trouble installed Kerenl JRE on Vista.
Just after installing tried running Java Control Panel - immedeatly (with out even try downloading) an Error dialog poped up Java Virtual Machine Launcher Error - Could not find the main class Program will exit.
jave -version throws up another errors message showing Application failed to start because MSVCR71.dll not found.
