The RE build is failing with this sanity check error:
ERROR: Could not find C:/empty_base_images/jre*/bin/java.exe Please check your ALT_BASE_IMAGE_DIR
The fix is to take this sanity check out for now (just to get the build working), and we can properly fix the sanity check in a later build.
